Stephanie is the Owner and Chief Financial Officer of Heartland Strategic Solutions, LLC, where she provides strategic leadership, financial oversight, and operational guidance to support organizational growth and long-term success. With extensive experience in financial management, human resources, compliance, organizational development, and business operations, Stephanie is known for helping organizations improve efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and build collaborative workplace cultures. Her professional background spans higher education, public administration, and private industry, providing a well-rounded perspective on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resources, Stephanie is passionate about developing sustainable business solutions, supporting innovation, and creating opportunities for organizations and communities to thrive.
