Stephanie L. Jester

Stephanie Jester is an accomplished business operations, finance, and human resources executive with more than 15 years of experience leading organizational development, financial management, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives across healthcare, higher education, government, and private-sector organizations. She has worked extensively with executive leadership teams, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and small businesses to strengthen operations, improve financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable growth.


Throughout her career, Stephanie has led initiatives in financial planning and analysis, human resources management, strategic operations, policy development, contract administration, workforce planning, and organizational transformation. She has held leadership positions with organizations including Nationwide Wound Care, Excelsior University, Mullin Independent School District, and Heartland Strategic Solutions, where she provides consulting and operational support services to businesses and healthcare organizations.


In addition to her expertise in finance and human resources, Stephanie has extensive experience helping organizations improve operational efficiency, streamline administrative processes, strengthen internal controls, and implement technology-driven solutions that support organizational success. Her background includes managing multi-million-dollar budgets, overseeing compliance programs, leading workforce initiatives, and supporting executive decision-making through data analysis and strategic planning.


Stephanie is passionate about helping organizations build strong foundations for long-term success through effective leadership, sound financial stewardship, and employee-centered workplace practices. She believes that sustainable growth is achieved by aligning people, processes, and strategy while fostering cultures of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Her commitment to service, integrity, and operational excellence drives her work with clients, employees, and community partners alike.


Known for her collaborative leadership style, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to organizational excellence, Stephanie is recognized for her ability to navigate complex challenges, improve performance, and deliver meaningful results. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from Excelsior College, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Administration, and a Bachelor of Applied Studies in Human Resource Administration from Abilene Christian University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Human Resources at Liberty University.

Kate L. Weeks

Kate Weeks is a healthcare and education professional with more than 25 years of experience in clinical education, workforce development, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership. She has worked extensively with healthcare organizations, academic institutions, and community partners to develop workforce solutions, expand clinical training opportunities, and improve operational performance.

Throughout her career, Kate has led initiatives in clinical partnership development, contract negotiations, compliance, business development, training, and process improvement. She has held leadership positions with nationally recognized organizations, including Chamberlain University, Herzing University, Resurrection University, and Curatio Medical Institute.


In addition to her clinical education expertise, Kate has experience supporting managed healthcare services, helping wound care organizations optimize operations, streamline processes, improve revenue cycle management, and maximize business performance.

Kate is deeply passionate about improving access to quality healthcare services and supporting underserved communities. She believes that expanding access to private, patient-centered care—particularly in the area of wound care—can significantly improve outcomes and quality of life for individuals and families. Inspired by the healthcare journeys of her own loved ones, she is committed to helping healthcare organizations deliver compassionate, accessible, and innovative care solutions to those most in need.



Kate is known for her collaborative approach, ability to build strong relationships, and dedication to developing solutions that strengthen healthcare delivery, support workforce growth, and create lasting community impact. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.


Julie L. Eisenhardt

Marketing Coordinator & Branding Specialist

Julie Eisenhardt holds a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Illinois and brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, branding, and business development. Throughout her career, she has worked her way up to becoming a Marketing Coordinator and Branding Specialist, helping businesses strengthen their presence and connect with their audiences through strategic marketing and creative design.


Her expertise includes website design, graphic design, print marketing materials, social media management, digital marketing, and brand development. Julie is passionate about creating visually compelling brands, building effective marketing strategies, and developing websites that help businesses grow and stand out in their industries.



While healthcare is a new industry for Julie, she has quickly developed a passion for the field and enjoys learning about the impact of mobile wound care services on patients and healthcare partners. She is excited to combine her marketing expertise with a mission-driven organization that improves patient outcomes and expands access to quality care.

Julie thrives on building strong relationships with clients and partners, bringing their vision to life through thoughtful design and strategic marketing. Her greatest reward is helping organizations grow, strengthen their brands, and achieve long-term success.
